Advanced technical skills developed in creating machine learning models using Databricks, with a particular focus on classification problems. Enhanced comprehension of the lifecycle of machine learning projects, from conceptualization to implementation. Able to solve problems by using the proper statistical methods to solve various business needs. Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets. Understanding of Machine Learning Processes. Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve various production models. Good visualization skills to present the data output and readouts to leadership and partner teams. Knowledge of aLDM source-to-target mapping and data modeling practices. Hands‑on experience integrating LLMs, creating agents or developing RAGs. Strong communication skills to present technical results to non‑technical stakeholders. Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud environments such as Azure is a plus. Job Responsibilities Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data preparation. Design, develop, validate, evaluate, and tune machine learning models (focus on classification). Manage the full ML lifecycle, from conceptualization to production deployment. Continuously improve production ML models and ensure scalability. Apply statistical methods to address business needs and deliver actionable insights. Create clear data visualizations and reports for leadership and partner teams. Integrate and extend custom LLMs to enhance data workflows, knowledge retrieval, and automation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Department/Project Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team.
