Thermo Fisher Scientific Account Manager Location and Division Specific Information At our corporate offices in Argentina. How will you make an impact? (Objective) The Sales Account Manager is accountable for ensuring profitable growth in its territory. In this role the AM will build strong client relationships within existing accounts, develop new accounts, implement divisional strategies, and discover growth opportunities. The AM will lead the relationship between the account and Thermo Fisher Scientific, complete a sales strategy focused on Academic and Life Sciences markets, and target development. Further, will develop and cultivate relationships at all decision levels, ensuring a complete understanding of the clients' short, mid, and long‑term goals. What will you do? (Responsibilities) Identify market potential by qualifying accounts. Customer segments include Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Academic, and Government accounts. Portfolio includes Sample preparation, cell biology, cell analysis and Molecular biology. Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding account requirements. Develop relationships at all account levels to advance new growth opportunities in target markets. Achieve business objectives including financial objectives and compliance metrics. Close sales by establishing rapport with potential accounts; explaining value proposition and overcoming objections; preparing contracts if needed. Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services. Work with TSS team to better support the account needs. Forecast sales, build pipeline, negotiate sales conditions and articulate with all the support and functional departments related to the sales team and organization. How will you get here? Career: Bachelor in Biological Science or similar. Lab and Molecular Biology experience. Availability to travel 60%. Strong English skills. ERP knowledge is a high differentiator (ERP, Power BI, SalesForce, Artificial intelligence).
