Role Overview We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven, and dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to develop and lead strategies to achieve targets for Customer Acquisition, Revenue, Profit, and YoY Growth. You will oversee end-to-end execution from platform setup and creative development to optimizing the entire product funnel across platforms like Pinterest, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities Own acquisition results for revelbeauty.com aiming for $15M in the first year with a 5% EBITDA margin. Lead strategy and investment on media platforms with budgets exceeding $1M/month. Implement and optimize media buying setup, campaign structure, and creative strategies. Manage creative strategies per product, audience, and traffic source, maintaining brand standards. Identify key improvement opportunities regularly to focus efforts on impactful actions. Utilize proprietary upselling software to maximize profit per visitor and order value. Oversee messaging, product pages, cart, checkout, upsell funnels, and thank you pages. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in developing marketing strategies. Highly ambitious and dynamic individual. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in creative, engineering, and marketing areas. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Extensive experience analyzing and interpreting consumer data. Solid knowledge of online customer engagement channels and platforms. Strong organizational and time management skills.
