Role Description Quality and Consistency Assurance: Overseeing and verifying projects against the highest visual and technical standards (resolution, colour accuracy, file format), ensuring full brand guideline compliance Team and Process Management: Strategic delegation of tasks, efficient workflow structuring, progress monitoring, and balancing the team's capacity to meet deadlines consistently Development and Mentoring: Providing regular, constructive, and occasionally corrective feedback; sharing knowledge to foster the growth and independence of designers Leadership Communication: Acting as the "bridge" between departments (Operations, PMs, Clients), effectively facilitating constructive discussions, and professionally managing feedback Conducting your own professional projects: manage various design projects and share your expertise with clients and other participants in the projects Proactive Problem Solving: Identifying content-related and UX issues and implementing effective, sustainable solutions that drive the project forward. Requirements Documented experience in a senior or lead design management role and in the e-commerce industry Fluent English level (min. C1) Exceptional precision and a very high level of attention to detail—uncompromising quality verification and strict compliance with brand books Ability to strategically solve complex problems and balance business goals with UX needs Strong organisational skills and adherence to deadlines—efficiently managing priorities and the team's workload Proactive approach, professionalism, and the ability to clearly and assertively present designs and proposed solutions Must Have Advanced knowledge and daily work proficiency with: Figma and Adobe Photoshop Excellent knowledge of the entire suite: Adobe InDesign (DTP/Print), Adobe Illustrator Experience with e-commerce projects for/with e-retailers Expertise in DTP and Print Knowledge (preparation for print) Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint Nice to Have Familiarity with Adobe XD (as a Figma alternative) Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for design purposes) Insight into the latest design trends, UX/UI Experience with PIM/DAM tools and task tracking systems What We Offer Cooperation based on a B2B contract or contract of service through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation 26 paid days off from service provision plus Bank holidays as paid days off Opportunity to work with international brands and to participate in exciting global project Exciting and friendly work environment Work in an international team without rigid corporate rules Training in eCommerce and development opportunities Yearly performance bonus or salary raise Recruitment Process Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) - at this stage, we will select the CVs which will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidates Step 2 Preparing recruitment task Step 3 Recruitment interview with HR person Step 4 Recruitment interview with a direct manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
