We are looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team. At Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for our clients. You will communicate performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations to maintain trust and strengthen client relationships, positioning CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing. You will represent and advocate for CTC\'s approach to media acquisition and its tools. You will set a high standard for efficiency, scalability, and a results-focused mindset. Responsibilities Contribute to kickoff activities, onboarding, and growth forecasting for clients using the Prophet system. Build and maintain growth forecasts and maps, execute tests, and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs. Collaborate with pod teammates (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist) and ensure data integrity across client accounts. Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategies, and provide daily and weekly performance updates to clients. Lead strategic planning, client communication, and delivery of high-quality work within timelines. Qualifications and Skills Strong data analysis skills; proficient with tools like Google Sheets and related analytics platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly. Experience in media buying, performance marketing, and growth forecasting. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a remote, autonomous environment. Location & Environment Fully remote with flexible scheduling and regular feedback sessions. Autonomy and accountability with measurable quality benchmarks and weekly check-ins. Compensation Salary range and progression are discussed during the interview process.
