Role Description Quality and Consistency Assurance: Overseeing and verifying projects against the highest visual and technical standards (resolution, colour accuracy, file format), ensuring full brand guideline compliance Team and Process Management: Strategic delegation of tasks, efficient workflow structuring, progress monitoring, and balancing the team's capacity to meet deadlines consistently Development and Mentoring: Providing regular, constructive, and occasionally corrective feedback; sharing knowledge to foster the growth and independence of designers Leadership Communication: Acting as the "bridge" between departments (Operations, PMs, Clients), effectively facilitating constructive discussions, and professionally managing feedback Conducting own professional projects: manage various design projects and share your expertise with clients and other participants in the projects Proactive Problem Solving: Identifying content-related and UX issues and implementing effective, sustainable solutions that drive the project forward. Requirements Documented experience in a senior or lead design management role and in the e-commerce industry Fluent English level (min.
