The purpose of the role is to ensure efficient and smooth assessments of candidates in a talent acquisition process. Responsibilities Development of core competence model. Monitoring and being accountable for all collection of assessment evidence. Making assessment decisions together with the management, who may gather some or all the relevant evidence. Running staff training programs in specialized fields, equipping employees with the knowledge and confidence to be productive members of the workforce. Delivering and assessing relevant candidate diagnostics methods. Implementing assessment strategies and methods. Maintain Assessment Platform system as an administrator. Perform and carry out other duties as may be reasonably required given the purpose of the role. Qualifications Bachelor or higher degree (sociology, psychology, marketing or other relevant degree). Solid previous experience in Employee Assessment area. Certification in personnel Assessment would be a plus (HOGAN Assessment, SHL OPQ 32, THOMAS PPA (DISC), EQ). English level upper or higher. Attentiveness to details and high intellectual capacity.
