CONTRATACIÓN La contratación es modalidad contractor, es decir, se paga 100% en USD. JORNADA LABORAL Es un trabajo presencial en nuestras oficinas de (microcentro). La jornada laboral sería de Lunes a Viernes de 7:30am a 4pm EST. (8:30am a 5pm en Argentina). HONORARIOS USD fijos y mensuales. Te cuento un poco sobre las tareas y el puesto: Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary. Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system. Assist with account access, claims processing, and general troubleshooting. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
