About The Role Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do. We’re looking for a Technology Manager to manage local projects in Argentina and coordinate and collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Product teams. What You’ll Be Doing Assessing initiatives that require relevant IT changes Identifying dependencies, potential impact, and risks, ensuring that they have been satisfactorily analysed, tested, and managed Collaborating on change and transformation programmes, working with wider programme teams to take ownership of appropriate tasks and provide input as required Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper‑growth Leading and executing projects end to end Producing data‑driven service performance and risk reports, based on a solid set of monitoring metrics (SLAs, KRIs, BCIs) Resolving issues with management and stakeholders What You’ll Need Knowledge of Argentinean Central Bank regulatory and security requirements, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data risk Knowledge of Argentinean Payment System regulatory, security, technology, and infrastructure requirements Familiarity with programme and project management methods and principles A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones Enjoy working with data using SQL Excellent risk‑awareness and an understanding of risk management frameworks, in particular the three lines of defence model for financial services Experience performing or responding to IT audits, or working in 1LoD as a technology manager in a financial services firm that uses cloud technology, agile development processes, and DevOps A broad understanding of modern technology stack Experience partnering with an executive team, and the ability to work closely with others to deliver results Previous experience in financial services or fintech (or serving it from a leading technology or IT services provider) Exceptional communication and presentation skills Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to analyse complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolutions Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
