Senior Project Manager – Supply Chain Technology (SAP Focus) Location: Remote (Americas) Company: 5411 Hub – Recruiting for a Leading Global Client About the Opportunity From 5411 Hub, we are partnering with an important global technology consulting company specialized in Supply Chain Planning and SAP solutions. We are searching for a Senior Project Manager with strong experience leading complex implementation projects and working with cross‑functional teams in dynamic, client‑facing environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for SAP IBP, Supply Chain Planning, or related enterprise solutions. Define project scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and resource plans in coordination with client and internal teams. Manage project governance, communication, and stakeholder expectations at all levels. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across technical and business teams. Guarantee high-quality delivery through best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, translating business needs into actionable technical and operational plans. Collaborate with consultants, functional leads, and integration experts across global locations. Track KPIs, project health, and overall performance metrics. Requirements 5+ years of experience managing technology, supply chain, or enterprise software implementation projects. Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory, SC Collaboration). Experience with SAP IBP or similar tools (APO, S&OP, EPM, advanced planning solutions) is a plus. Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder and cross‑regional initiatives. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills. PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications or equivalent experience preferred. Advanced English (written and spoken).
