About the company Our Client focuses on optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring efficient logistics operations, and enhancing inventory management to meet customer needs effectively. Job Description Our Client is seeking a Supply Chain Operations and Logistics Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and optimization of supply chain processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and experienced in evaluating operational data to improve logistics performance, inventory accuracy and cost efficiency. Responsibilities Analyze supply chain and logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, stock levels and replenishment processes. Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses and logistics partners to ensure on‑time delivery and efficient operations. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, transportation and fulfillment. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to support decision‑making. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives. Support cross‑functional teams in forecasting, demand planning and operational problem‑solving. Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, quality standards and logistics requirements. Required Experience and Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain, operations, logistics or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights. Experience working with supply chain planning, inventory management or logistics processes. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Strong communication and coordination skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems. Familiarity with demand planning or forecasting methodologies. Knowledge of warehouse or transportation operations. Ability to create dashboards and performance reports. Personality Analytical and highly organized. Proactive and adaptable in fast‑moving environments. Strong problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset. Reliable team player with strong ownership of tasks. Software & Tools Inventory or logistics management tools.
