Responsibilities Work on the region’s pricing strategy with the leadership team; Create frameworks to improve decision-making; Process and analyze data to understand user behavior, generating actionable insights; Manage cross-functional decisions, ensuring alignment with tactical guidelines while contributing toward the same goal; Develop a methodology to optimize pricing decisions; Collaborate with different areas like operations, marketing, product, and growth; Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or other relevant degrees). 4+ years of experience in revenue management, consultancy, investment banking, financial planning & analysis, business improvement, business intelligence, and other related fields. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Python. Great at communication and stakeholder management skills, working in cross-functional projects across countries. Proven people and project manager: You have a track‑record managing multi‑functional projects and can achieve results through resources that do not report directly to you. Ability to learn and able to deliver results with high expectations on timeliness and quality. Analytical and problem‑solving skills, ability to break down complex problems into smaller and simpler ones, and the ability to explain and communicate them clearly. Tolerance of working in ambiguous and changing environments, great attention to detail and proactivity. Professional proficiency level in English and Spanish.
