The Global Pricing Analyst - Americas is directly responsible for the facilitation and coordination of the pricing function in in Latin America and North America. The Global Pricing Analyst works with product line and sales to optimize pricing and deliver pricing analytics.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Support John Crane pricing tools to ensure effective price execution, deliver insightful price analytics, and proper pricing governance for the assigned regions. - Own the price realization budget along with regional sales leaders. - Support integration of pricing methodology and tools with ERP and CRM systems. - Implement identified price optimization opportunities with product line and sales teams based on price analytics outputs - Execute global pricing projects at direction of the Global Pricing Manager. - Monitor regional price trends, competitive pricing and geo-political challenges.
**The Individual**:
- Degree educated in engineering, information technology, science, finance, or statistics preferred. - 4-6 years experience in a business-to-business environment with multiple ERP systems and experience with enterprise pricing tools. - Strong data and analytics skills. Highly developed skills in Excel or other data analytics tools. - Excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills - Proficient in English and Spanish - Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment a plus
