The opportunity The Talent Reporting Specialist at the Associate rank works as part of a project team to provide operational support to reporting. This support may include measurement, analysis, project management and some continuous improvement initiatives. This position may also provide some deployment and reporting/technology support. Your key responsibilities As a Talent Reporting Specialist, you’ll be expected to provide operational reporting and analysis. Reports include key statistics, measurement results for accuracy and timeliness, and other survey or statistical results. You will analyze workflow operations, including process mapping, and be expected to offer suggestions for improvement. You will conduct measurement analyses on project/programs as directed. This may include measuring progress against established timelines and/or procedures. You will report findings to department teams with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities. You’ll provide project management and/or program support for less complex projects or programs and assist with larger projects. Skills and attributes for success Adept at using sound judgement and consistency in providing measurement results Able to use analysis to identify opportunities, and offer and contribute solutions Ability to depend on others for general guidance Able to escape complex issues with recommendations to project sponsors and/or team leader To qualify for the role, you must have Functional understanding of the business model, processes and technology enablers Strong communication skills. Fluency in English, verbally and written is mandatory. Strong analytical skills to recognize trends and report issues Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio Knowledge of firm technologies Adept at prioritizing own deadlines Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Ideally, you'll also have Minimum of 1-3 years of experience Basic knowledge of project management practices and tools What we look for We're interested in influencers with a broad and extensive knowledge of HR processes.
