Note: If you're hired for this role, you may be asked to update your LinkedIn profile :) About The Role We are hiring motivated and bilingual (Spanish-English) Sales Development Representatives to join the growing sales team of our client, a global business development partner in the financial services space. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking inbound leads seeking debt settlement solutions in the U.S. Your work will directly impact our client’s mission to help consumers regain financial stability by negotiating and resolving credit card debt. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is passionate about service-based sales, enjoys working in a consultative environment, and thrives in a multicultural, fully remote team. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking clients and assess their debt relief needs Conduct consultative discovery conversations and qualify prospects Clearly communicate the value proposition of debt settlement services Schedule follow-up meetings with closers and support conversion to enrolled clients Maintain accurate records of lead activity and client details in our internal CRM Collaborate with the VP of Sales and sales team to improve scripts and strategies Meet monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks Must-Have Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working U.S. Pacific Time hours Experience selling services (vs. physical products) preferred.
