Note : If you\'re hired for this role, you may be asked to update your LinkedIn profile :) Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina Type: Full-time | Contractor (via South – Contractor of Record) Start Date: Targeting March 2nd Role Overview Our client is hiring two junior talent research profiles in Argentina to support its US and UK recruitment operations within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. This is anentry-level role, ideal for motivated candidates with strong English skills, attention to detail, and an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. No prior recruitment experience is required, as full training will be provided. This hire is part of a test phase, with the potential to scale into a long-term local team in Argentina. Key Responsibilities Support recruitment and talent research tasks (candidate research, data collection, market mapping). Identify and source potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases. Prepare outreach messages and conduct initial written candidate contact. Review CVs and profiles to assess basic role fit. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in internal systems. Follow internal recruitment processes and training provided by the company. Collaborate with a growing remote recruitment team, with potential for future in-person work. Ideal Candidate Profile Advanced / fluent English (written and spoken). Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data and research. Strong written communication skills. Early-career or junior profile; experience is not a premium. Previous exposure to recruitment, HR, research, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not mandatory. Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn. Based in or near Buenos Aires, with availability for future in-person collaboration. Compensation Zero experience: USD $1,200/month Junior profiles: up to USD $2,000/month (Final compensation depends on experience and English level.)
