Role Objective

To manage and develop B2B business in the Argentina market through system integrators, and the SMB channel, driving strategic projects, building long-term relationships, and ensuring TP-LINK's commercial objectives are achieved.

Main Job:

  1. Prospect and manage new B2B IT clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with key accounts.
  2. Lead business development initiatives in the SMB and Enterprise markets.
  3. Manage end-to-end project engagements with customers and internal teams (sales, product, services).
  4. Conduct regular visits to distributors, channels, and system integrators to detect opportunities and support projects.
  5. Collaborate in pre-sales activities: define technical requirements, design solutions, and deliver presentations to key stakeholders.
  6. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align strategies and maximize market impact.
  7. Coordinate customer pre-sales and determine technical requirements.
  8. Demonstrate solutions of proposed solution to key customer stakeholders for validation and buy-in.
  9. Work with Distributors, SIs identify the opportunity.
  10. Manage pipeline, forecast, and achieve quota-based sales targets.

Requirement:

  1. Minimum 5 years of B2B IT sales experience (hardware, networking, or telecom).
  2. Proven portfolio in the SMB segment and experience with operators/distributors.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of enterprise networking: switches, access points, routers, SDN, and campus networking solutions.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields (preferred).
  5. Advanced English proficiency (oral & written).
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  7. Strong consultative sales approach, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  8. Self-motivated, proactive, and growth-oriented with strong business acumen.
