desarrollamos soluciones tecnológicas a medida (desarrollo de software, inteligencia artificial, data analytics, entre otros) y buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo un/a
Ejecutivo de cuentas con perfil consultivo.
Responsabilidades principales
- Desarrollar y gestionar nuevas oportunidades comerciales B2B en empresas y/o organismos de gobierno.
- Detectar necesidades y proponer soluciones tecnológicas del portfolio de ANFLER
- Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas: prospección, contacto, reuniones, armado de propuestas y seguimiento de cierre. Mantener y ampliar la cartera de clientes, fortaleciendo relaciones de largo plazo.
- Colaborar con las áreas técnicas para garantizar una oferta alineada con los requerimientos del cliente.
Requisitos excluyentes
- Experiencia mínima de
5 años en ventas B2B
exclusivamente en venta de servicios de software, IA, analytics o desarrollos a medida
.

No se considerarán candidatos que no cumplan este requisito. - Conocimiento de procesos de venta consultiva, desarrollo de propuestas y presentaciones a decisores empresariales.
- Excelente comunicación, autonomía y orientación a resultados.
- Manejo intermedio/avanzado de herramientas digitales (hubspot, sales navigator, Excel).
Valoramos
- Cartera o red de contactos activa en empresas del sector corporativo/gobierno
- Formación en áreas comerciales, marketing o tecnología.
- Habilidad para trabajar con objetivos claros, gestionando su propio pipeline de ventas.
- Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido sobre soluciones técnicas.
