Sales Manager

El Sales Manager es responsable de gestionar la venta de los productos o servicios de la organización a cuentas de Fabricantes y/o Revendedores de Valor Añadido (VAR) dentro de un territorio nacional o geográfico definido.

Profesional con sólida trayectoria en ventas B2B, especialmente en el canal de distribución, capaz de liderar equipos, fomentar el trabajo colaborativo, desarrollar estrategias comerciales y mantener relaciones de largo plazo con Fabricantes y VAR, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos y la satisfacción del cliente.

Sus funciones incluyen:

  • Administrar y desarrollar la relación con distribuidores, agentes y clientes clave.
  • Supervisar y apoyar a ejecutivos de cuentas individuales.
  • Cumplir y superar la cuota de ventas asignada.
  • Implementar estrategias comerciales alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento de ventas y generar reportes para la dirección.

El alcance de responsabilidad se determina por:

  • Cobertura geográfica (nacional, regional o distrital).
  • Tamaño e importancia estratégica del sector o segmento de producto.
  • Potencial de ingresos de las cuentas asignadas.

Requisitos y Competencias Clave

  • Orientación al cliente: Capacidad para comprender y satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.
  • Liderazgo: Experiencia dirigiendo y motivando equipos de ventas.
  • Trabajo en equipo: Colaboración efectiva con colegas, otras áreas y socios estratégicos.
  • Capacidad de organización: Gestión eficiente de recursos, tiempos y prioridades.
  • Experiencia en distribución: Conocimiento del canal de distribución y su dinámica (muy valorado).
  • Experiencia mínima: 10 años en el sector o rubro relacionado.
  • Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio (oral y escrito).
  • Herramientas: Dominio de Microsoft Office y herramientas digitales de gestión comercial.
