Responsabilidades

Desarrollar análisis según el briefing del cliente, utilizando las herramientas internas de NIQ y conociendo el historial del cliente (categorías, marcas, rendimiento, etc.)

Actualizar las presentaciones rutinarias, preparar resúmenes y cuestiones comerciales, recibir orientación sobre casos más estratégicos, así como sugerir y desarrollar ejercicios de medición

Atender las solicitudes de los clientes de acuerdo con los plazos y normas de calidad acordados, redirigir internamente las solicitudes fuera de alcance y dar visibilidad a los gestores y socios internos sobre cuestiones críticas (consultas, solicitudes, etc.).

Apoyar y supervisar el progreso de las cuestiones de calidad analítica de complejidad baja y media (por ejemplo, revisiones, validaciones, problemas).

Realizar sesiones de formación con los clientes, así como proporcionar orientación sobre el proceso correcto para las solicitudes.

Qualifications

Licenciatura completa (preferiblemente en Relaciones Internacionales, Economía, Ingeniería, Marketing, Publicidad, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines)

Imprescindible experiencia previa en análisis de datos en Inteligencia de Mercado

Experiencia deseable en consumo masivo 

Conocimientos básicos del escenario macroeconómico

Dominio del paquete Office (principalmente Excel y Power Point)

Deseable conocimiento de las herramientas Power BI y NielsenIQ

Inglés intermedio

Para el puesto son imprescindibles fuertes habilidades analíticas y de comunicación
