Who Are We: Robert Ventures, a leading alternative asset investment company focused on real estate and Web3 investments, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of driving successful online campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Requirements

  • What You'll Do:

  • Digital Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and content marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure goals are met and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience reach.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.
    • Work on building and maintaining an effective email marketing strategy for lead generation and customer retention.
  • SEO and Website Optimization:
    • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
    • Collaborate with web development teams to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and conversion.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Leverage CRM technology (Go High Level a plus) to automate, schedule, and report out on the results.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and recommend adjustments to the digital marketing strategy accordingly.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
