El Perfect Store & Channel Specialist reporta al jefe Channel & Customer Marketing ON-Trade, quien reporta al Channel&Customer Marketing Director

Mission

Desarrollar los parámetros del perfect store para nuestras marcas. Y Desarrollar e implementar proyectos de category management acordes al mismo con particular foco en el análisis de data e información de las categorías y el shopper.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

Responsable gestión del perfect store del canal on- trade: la persona deberá desarrollar, definir y proponer lineamientos y KPI’s del surtido, exhibición y shopper engagement. Responsable de definir los outlet guidelines: el Perfect Store Model. Responsable de los proyectos de category management y espacios en punto de venta. En colaboración con el Category coordinator de cada categoría. Responsable del equipo que ejecuta las acciones en los puntos de venta En colaboración con los Category coordinator, identificar las oportunidades e implementar de actividades en los clientes y PDV más adecuados. Monitorear las ejecuciones de los puntos de venta, fijar KPI´s y garantizar su cumplimiento. Colaborar con el desarrollo de la producción de materiales (POP y visibilidad en pdvs) relacionados con la implementación del Plan de CCM ON (activaciones, campañas, eventos, kits, etc). Será responsable de la asignación y su envío.

Key Relationships

Internal: CCM Manager ON-Trade, CCM Director, Category Managers, Key Account Managers, Finance y RRHH.

External: ON trade customers

Summary of Experience/other requirements

2 a 3 años de trabajo en el área de Análisis de categoría en una compañía multinacional, Market research o/u on premise. Es necesario contar con experiencia en manejo de equipos de trabajo. Experiencia previa en Trade MKT es un plus. Experiencia en la indústria de bebidas alcohólicas/gastronómica es un plus. Posibilidad de viajar regularmente para hacer salidas al mercado.

Education/Professional Qualifications

Título universitario en carreras de ciencias económicas. Buen manejo de Inglés, oral y escrito. Manejo de base de datos, análisis y reportes. Manejo de presupuestos

Required Skills & traits

Excelentes habilidades cuantitativas y analíticas para interpretar performance de ventas, tendencias de mercado e información general. Excelente conocimiento de la dinámica del canal en términos de información y estructura de clientes. Amplio dominio de paquete office y herramientas de category management. Orientación a resultados, proactivo, flexible, pragmático y trabajo en equipo. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de influencia. Excelentes relaciones interpersonales.
