**About the Role**

As the full-time SEO & Content Coordinator at Teramind, you will be responsible for executing and/or arranging all internal tasks related to the company’s SEO strategy. This will include adding daily blog posts and/or new landing pages to the website, daily social media posts via HubSpot, owning and maintaining the department’s master content calendar, coordinating across numerous writers and designers, and more.

As the key to execution across numerous channels at once, you are highly organized and efficient with excellent American English communication skills. You have experience in numerous web CMS platforms and are willing to learn WebFlow. You have experience writing for social media at a SaaS company, and have performed well in previous marketing administrative roles. Additionally, you are extremely organized and have project management skills you are willing to hone in this role.

Your SEO knowledge includes how to adjust metadata and metadescriptions, and you are familiar with the process of keyword research. You will not be leading research, but should at least understand the process. You understand every facet of digital marketing and stay up-to-date on trends affecting search engine rankings and algorithms. In other words, you execute, but you also have knowledge of the process and what “good” looks like.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will coordinate with the web design and development teams to ensure the project is on-time, providing them with any resources they need along the way. This will include but may not be limited to graphics, brand guidelines, content from writers, documents, videos, and more.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 7 years of experience
- SaaS experience preferred
- Light graphic design (layout) experience

**Essential Skills**:

- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- CMS management and execution to update content, add or change images, basic page layout, (WebFlow experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Social media management
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills
- HubSpot
- Google Analytics
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

**Day-to-Day Duties**:
(will include but may not be limited to)
- Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff
- Execute all website posts and updates
- Basic copy editing
- Designer oversight, communication, and coordination
- Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
- Monitor all content projects in Jira and any other PM platforms, ensuring creators meet deadlines and complete necessary tasks
- Update the marketing team with weekly reports and maintain up-to-date shared task checklists
