**Store Manager (M/F)** for our brand new **Kiehl's Store**

Based in **Sofia**

(fixed-term contract)

**YOUR ROLE**:

- ** Monitor in store customer service level **at brand standard.
- ** Derive action plans **with team for improvements.
- ** Keep track** on **retail KPIs** and prevailing market information.
- ** Identify business strengths**, opportunities at store level and **coordinate with retail and training team** for actions to maximize selling opportunity.
- ** Manage store controlled expenses to budget** (staff efficiency planning, cleanings and office materials orders), identifying opportunities to increase contribution.
- Is responsible for **managing **daily, weekly, monthly operations at **point of sales (POS) activities**: POS and Individual sales goal setting.
- Follow brand CRM procedures to **recruit **and **retain customers**.
- Is responsible for **POS system operations** and** Security and cash management procedures**.
- Is responsible for **Inventory (stock, tester, samples or other selling tools) management**, preventing stock loss.
- Drive the **store quality compliance** with merchandising guidelines.
- Ensures proper **maintenance of POS fixture**.
- Is responsible to acknowledge/record all **customer complaints and issues** (incl NPS). Ensure complete follow through of all issues and report to management.
- ** Identifies opportunities to drive traffic** into the store through community and/or events.
- Is responsible for **recruitment** in partnership with Retail manager and HR incl On boarding **of new Skin Pros**.
- ** Motivate and inspire team** to achieve store productivity objectives: provide weekly feedback, coach and develop team members, assess and develop Skin Pros' competencies.
- Ensure the individual and collective skills of the team are utilized effectively
- ** Schedule the staff **with efficiency.

- Minimum of **6 months of experience** in the same or similar position
- Active knowledge of **Bulgarian** and **English **language
- Demonstrated **communication**, **leadership **and **organizational skills**:
