We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Level Designer to join our dynamic team. As Senior Level Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the fantasy world of our upcoming online game. If you have a passion for mentoring teams, and supporting them in creating fantastic immersive experiences, then this is a role for you.

What you will do:

  • Design and build level design content using IOI's proprietary tools, including open world, procedural, handcrafted, narrative and quest content, with a high level of autonomy.
  • Design tools, workflows, best practices, and systems for creating level design content.
  • Generate and maintain documentation and task tracking in concert with leads and production.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to provide expertise and integrate their work into level design content.
  • Playtest and provide feedback on content, level design or otherwise, and respond to and process feedback on level design content.
  • Take design ownership of features to coordinate and manage implementation from design to completion.
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and sharing of technical knowledge and design expertise.
  • Support Directors and Leads in realizing the vision and goals for the project.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in level design in the AAA games industry.
  • A broad set of strong level design skills with some areas of deep expertise.
  • Experience with systemic design and procedural tools.
  • Experience designing tools and workflows for level design.
  • Experience working on Multiplayer titles.
