**What we are looking for - **Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a **FULL-TIME Senior Graphic Designer. **The primary role of the** Senior Graphic Designer** will be responsible for creating and implementing design solutions to meet the growing demands of the business and will work to help bring the brand to life and make a major impact.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Design eye-catching, modern, and impactful layouts that lead to higher levels of engagement and increased click-through rates, ensuring brand standards are met across various event campaigns and promotions, including providing input to external creative resources
- Be responsible for the extension of the company’s brand identity by selecting the most compelling imagery to convey a variety of experiences promoted through our networks as well as other channels when assigned.
- Research up-to-date and emerging technologies and developments in the design field and implement them when appropriate.
- Collaborate with other members of the creative team to align promotions and campaigns across all channels.
- Concept, execute, and deliver brand assets for our networks.
- Responsible for designs that are on strategy and reflect the brand’s personality while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage time constraints across all design projects.
- Photo re-touching when needed.
- Work independently from a brief to provide quick, solid design executions that WOW.

**Must-haves**:

- As a Senior Graphic Designer at Paper Street Media, you will need an eye for quality, a thirst for growth, and the maturity to be a flexible member of the team.
- You’ll need to manage strong and effective internal partnerships and be able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Open-minded, out-of-the-box approach to design that meets both creative and business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in design or a related area of study.
- Adobe Creative suite - Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience designing across multiple channels, including but not limited to brand-owned digital channels, external advertising, and internal marketing.
- Solid typography skills.
- A keen eye for photography.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design and social trends as well as the ability to translate design research into inspiration boards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
