About the Role
In this opportunity as Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will: Responsibilities:Focal point of Talent Acquisition area in South Latam (Argentina, Chile, Peru and Uruguay)Upon receipt of an approved requisition to hire, conducts a consultative intake session with the hiring manager to set expectations and timelines for the recruiting process, validate desired candidate profile, develop sourcing strategy and establish communication protocol with the hiring managerProactively recommend recruitment strategies and methods to be successful in filling a positionUse a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques as needed to obtain an acceptable pool of well-qualified candidatesUse a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques to ensure a diverse slateUtilize behavioral interviews and validated assessment tools as needed to screen qualified candidates for a final slate to present to the hiring managerConsult with the hiring manager in making the final candidate selection for an offerExtend and negotiate the offer packagePromote and monitor process improvement projectsConduct Onboarding ProgramRecommend and execute recruitment strategies for intern positionsSupport actions to improve the Employer Branding Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with candidates, managers and HR team
