**About the Role**
In this opportunity as Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Responsibilities:
- Focal point of Talent Acquisition area in South Latam (Argentina, Chile, Peru and Uruguay)
- Proactively recommend recruitment strategies and methods to be successful in filling a position
- Use a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques to ensure a diverse slate
- Extend and negotiate the offer package
- Promote and monitor process improvement projects
- Conduct Onboarding Program
- Recommend and execute recruitment strategies for intern positions
- Support actions to improve the Employer Branding
**About You**
You're a fit for the role of Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner if your background includes:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced Portuguese and English language skills
- Background experience in:
- Talent Acquisition area
- Recruitment process in a regional scope / different countries
- Diverse recruiting
- Onboarding process
