What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support in crypto trading via calls
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Effectively manage and follow up on the inquiries
  • Always be up-to-date with the general market conditions
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
  • Continuously seek improvement to enhance the team's perfromance

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent Spanish and English (at least C2 level for both)
  • Understanding of crypto market dynamics and trends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:

  • Experience with crypto
  • Financial/mathematical background
  • Experience working with KPIs
