**What you will do**:
- Communicate with customers via different sources of communication;
- Resolve customer’s inquiries;
- Escalate tickets in a timely manner to the internal team if they cannot be resolved using the available knowledge base;
- Communicate with other departments to get the customers' sentiments.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English;
- Experience in SaaS B2B Customer Support;
- Understanding of operating systems;
- Analytical & Research Skills.
**Will be a great plus**:
- Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CRM system;
- Technical background.
