Job Title: Remote Sales Assistant
Location: Remote (Global - PST Timezone)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 AM to 3 PM PST
Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The sales assistant will be an integral part of our team, handling responsibilities that support outbound sales efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their skills in B2B sales. The right candidate will be an effective written and verbal communicator in English, with a natural talent for learning new software in the pursuit of an outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
    • Qualifying and disqualifying leads for senior sales team members.
    • Using AI language bots to prepare sales assets for Sales team members (working to pre-prepared templates).
    • Working in various outbound sales apps, helping to keep outbound systems operational.
    • Working to new objectives set with new outbound initiatives, customized according to customer types.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Extensive work in lead databases. Cleaning and maintaining databases. Loading leads for outbound comms.
    • Integrating various software outputs with outbound communication software, to help personalize outbound comms.
    • Assistant with CRM management.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with other remote team members and participate in virtual meetings and training sessions.
    • Provide support and share best practices with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive remote work environment.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
    • A natural aptitude for learning new software. We use CRM software, online communication tools, etc. You don't need to know them, you just need a talent for them.
    • Knowledge of Lead Scraping tools is preferred.
