We are looking for

a Sr  Demand Planning Manager  this role will be responsible for anticipating product demand, analyzing market trends, and optimizing inventory levels across all sales channels and business units. Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to forecast cash flow and meet revenue, profit, and inventory targets. Prevent overstocks and stockouts effectively. Requirements

Expected outcomes & responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to improve forecast accuracy by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and relevant factors. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align forecasts with promotional activities, new product launches, and key business events. Optimize inventory levels to balance customer service levels with cost efficiency. Implement inventory management techniques such as safety stock, reorder points, and economic order quantities for optimal stock levels. Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, production, and logistics departments to gather insights for accurate demand forecasts. Evaluate, implement, and optimize demand planning software and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency. Develop scenario planning models to prepare for potential disruptions in the supply chain or changes in market demand. Participate in special projects, providing leadership as needed on cross-functional teams.

Experience/ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Actuarial Science or simialr. Conversational English Minimum 6 years of experience in demand planning within the retail sector, preferably in fashion or apparel e-commerce. Demonstrated capability to lead and oversee multiple demand planning projects concurrently, managing diverse teams, budgets, and schedules efficiently. Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Technology departments. Proven experience in automation processes, with a focus on implementing AI and automation technology. Strong presentation skills suitable for a senior managerial position.
