18 months of IT experience (or equivalent) Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous Excellent time management skill Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains Knowledge of mobile devices, in particular Blackberry and iPhones Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting EUC hardware components Familiarity with virtual , MDM and VPN environments
Your Tasks
Provide day to day local/remote desktop support Handle inbound calls and answer questions Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing systemOperations & Technical Support (including B/F, Printers etc.)
