Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client needs are addressed and fostering lasting relationships.
  • Team Coordination: Ensure timely and top-quality deliverables by coordinating and overseeing team efforts.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and implement cutting-edge email marketing strategies tailored to each client.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly assess email performance, set benchmarks, and advocate for ongoing optimization based on data-driven insights.
  • Creative Collaboration: Guide designers and copywriters in crafting compelling email copy and visuals that align with campaign objectives.
  • Channel Management: Oversee all aspects of the email marketing channel, ensuring a seamless operation from start to finish.
  • Testing and Optimization: Execute A/B tests and strategically segment audiences and devise targeted campaigns for specific segments.

You'll be achieving:

  • Collaboratively handle 10-15 clients within a pod structure.
  • Maintain a client churn rate of less than 5% per quarter.
  • Ensure clients receive a minimum of 5x ROI on their investment.
  • Achieve consistently high-performance metrics across all accounts, campaigns, and email flows.
  • Benchmarks of 60%+ open rates, 2%+ click rates, and high deliverability across all
    accounts.
  • 100% on-time project delivery with a maximum of 1 internal and 1 client revision rounds.

Through these activities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client needs are addressed and lasting relationships are fostered.
  • Manage the lifecycle of client email campaigns, from idea to execution.
  • Create and implement cutting-edge email marketing strategies tailored to a client's brand.


Experience needed:

  • Experience in email marketing in tools such as Klaviyo, Marketo, MailChimp, and Bronto
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in email marketing
  • Able to balance client work in a fast-paced environment
  • A perfectionist with an eye for detail
  • Well-versed in email best practices, optimization strategies, and CAN-SPAM
  • Must excel in communicating and collaborating across various teams
  • Not afraid to share your opinion
  • Quick to act. Makes things happen
