The client is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Client Engagement Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
As the Bilingual Client Engagement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for responding quickly and positively to new service requests. You will gather necessary information from prospects, leaving an amazing first impression, and then upload this information into our CRM. You will also track the lead cycle to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate is smart, coachable, energetic, and bilingual in Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and positively to new service requests
- Gather and document necessary information from prospects
- Upload prospect information into the CRM
- Track the lead cycle to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records
- Assist with other client relations and customer support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in English and Spanish
- Relevant skills and experience in client relations and/or customer support
- Ability to work within a budget of up to $1600 monthly
- Compatibility with company culture and values
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Phone experience with inbound calls is a plus
