About the Role

Pacifica Continental is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Intake Attorney to join our team of experienced immigration law professionals. As a key member of our intake team, you will be responsible for interacting with potential clients, gathering necessary information, and conducting initial case assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Intake and Case Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews with potential clients, gather relevant information, and evaluate cases based on predetermined criteria and guidelines.
  2. Case Documentation: Accurately document client information, case details, and any other relevant data in our case management system or intake software.
  3. Client Communication: Communicate with potential clients to gather additional information, clarify details, and provide updates on the status of their case assessments.
  4. Research and Collaboration: Conduct basic legal research to gather information related to potential cases and collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to discuss potential cases and seek guidance on case assessments.
Requirements
  1. Bilingual Proficiency: English (Intermediate/Advanced)
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Law.
  3. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, support, or any law field is an advantage.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Empathy and Understanding: Strong empathy and understanding of customer needs and concerns.
  6. Immigration Experience: MUST: Experience with immigration topics.
