As a Customer Success Engineer, you're the go-to person for our customers, combining technical expertise with empathy to ensure their success. Your responsibilities include:
1. Creating efficient code scanning and dependency checking systems using Maven and Gradle.
2. Being the main tech contact for customers, providing expert advice from initial sales to ongoing support, especially for complex technical issues.
3. Tailoring our security solutions for diverse customer setups and occasionally creating unique solutions as needed.
4. Quickly addressing technical issues using your advanced troubleshooting skills and knowledge of programming and DevOps.
5. Building strong relationships with clients ranging from startups to large companies.
6. Collaborating with our engineering teams to improve our products based on customer feedback and issue troubleshooting.
7. Promoting robust security practices to help developers write secure code with ease.
8. Leading technical integration projects and providing guidance both internally and externally.
We're seeking candidates with a solid software engineering background, 4 to 10 years of experience, and expertise in programming languages, application security, and DevOps practices. You should have a track record of developing custom solutions, engaging with customers effectively, and advocating for customer success. Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities are essential.
