En Clarin nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Planner de eventos para brindar soporte al área de Brand Studio. Tendrá reporte directo con el jefe de eventos y la Gerencia Comercial. Se valorarán aquellos perfiles provenientes del Marketing de eventos, Marketing Content, Producción audiovisual, publicidad y Medios. La Orientación a los resultados, proactividad y pragmatismo, serán un plus. Sus principales tareas: - Coordinar las producciones comerciales y de amplificación. - Coordinar proveedores y productoras. - Coordinar producciones con redacción e institucionales. - Optimizar las producciones y aumentar el scope de trabajo - Coordinar las producciones de eventos comerciales - Seguimiento del presupuesto para eventos Por otro lado, trabajará en equipo para ampliar la oferta: - Organizar el media kit de eventos. - Armar pool de proveedores. - Presupuestar - Coordinar kick off con cliente. - Supervisar el sano flujo de los proyectos. - Coordinar el calendario de eventos. - Asignar owners. Lo que necesitamos para la posición: Formación académica Universitaria – Excluyente – en carreras a fines a Producción audiovisual, Publicidad, Comunicación, Marketing, Eventos. Idiomas Inglés (Avanzado) – No excluyente Experiencia laboral en roles como Ejecutivos de Cuentas, Producción, Publicidad, Medios. Experiencia / Conocimientos Técnicos en Producción Audiovisual, Eventos, Marketing Digital, Social Media, Producción, Publicidad, Creatividad, Innovación, Branded Content.
