**MRM** is a Digital Marketing and Advertising leading multinational company.

We’re looking for a **Ssr Marketing Coordinator** with strong **project management** and team oversight skills to join our global team, supporting one of our top accounts. In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing marketing initiatives for the client´s Commercial Market, one of its four strategic business areas. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of marketing programs, specifically for event coordination.

Work schedule: 10:00 to 19:00 hs

**What You’ll Do**
- Project & Team Oversight: Manage end-to-end event coordination. Oversee cross-functional collaboration, providing guidance and structure to team members.
- Event Management: Oversee scheduling, briefing, and execution of commercial events, ensuring smooth delivery and compliance with guidelines.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and partners to align on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Content & Messaging: Develop promotional copy, coordinate content reviews, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Process & Compliance: Track marketing efforts, maintain event calendars, monitor KPIs, and generate reports on event performance.
- Lead Management: Manage lead lists, track engagement, and provide reports on event effectiveness.

**Required Experience**
- 4 years of experience in marketing communications, business operations, or consulting (agency or client-side).
- Project management expertise, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and support team coordination.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and ensuring process adherence.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
