Reportando a la Gerencia Comercial, será clave en la ejecución eficiente de la estrategia comercial y en el desarrollo sostenible del negocio en su territorio. 🛠️ Principales responsabilidades 📈 Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos de volumen, cobranzas y rentabilidad. 🛒 Garantizar cobertura de producto, visibilidad y comunicación en todos los canales. 💰 Supervisar posicionamiento de precios y ejecución de planes comerciales. 🔍 Detectar oportunidades de negocio a través de análisis de datos y observaciones en campo. 🤝 Gestionar relaciones con distribuidores, mayoristas, cuentas clave y canal HoReCa. 🚀 Realizar visitas permanentes al mercado minorista y dar feedback estratégico a la Gerencia. ✅ Cumplir políticas y procedimientos internos. 🧠 Requisitos 📍 Residir en Tucumán o zonas aledañas (excluyente). 📚 Secundario completo (obligatorio). Formación en Administración, Marketing o afines (deseable). 💼 Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en posiciones comerciales similares (consumo masivo). ➕ Se valorará experiencia en sector tabaco. 🧭 Perfil comercial sólido, con conocimiento de canales directos e indirectos y cuentas clave. 🧠 Capacidad analítica, enfoque en resultados y autogestión. 🗣️ Habilidades de liderazgo, negociación y comunicación efectiva. 💻 Dominio de Paquete Office. 🚗 Licencia de conducir vigente y disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio. 🧰 La empresa ofrece 💵 Sueldo competitivo y paquete de beneficios. 🩺 Cobertura médica para grupo familiar. 🌱 Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional y crecimiento. 💪 Ambiente de trabajo dinámico y desafiante.
