Estamos creando la próxima capa de inteligencia en nuestros productos, y buscamos a alguien con mentalidad de builder , obsesión por la calidad y ganas de trabajar en la frontera tecnológica. 🔍 Qué vas a hacer Serás responsable de diseñar, construir y operar agentes de IA capaces de interactuar con herramientas, aprender del contexto y ejecutar procesos complejos de punta a punta. Diseñar y desarrollar agentes de IA autónomos con razonamiento, tool-calling y acción. Construir arquitecturas basadas en: LangChain Agents LangGraph LlamaIndex Agents Implementar orquestación multi-agente , memoria, contexto y flujos dinámicos. Desarrollar pipelines end-to-end: embeddings, RAG, evaluación, observabilidad y monitoreo. Integrar modelos (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Meta, etc.) en microservicios productivos. Crear tools personalizados para agentes y extensiones de razonamiento. Diseñar backends robustos para inferencia, vector search y lógica de agentes. Optimizar performance: latencia, costos, throughput y manejo de contexto. Documentar arquitectura, decisiones técnicas y estándares de desarrollo. 🧩 Requisitos indispensables 3–7 años de experiencia en software engineering. 1+ años trabajando con IA generativa / LLMs en producción . Experiencia real creando agentes de IA (ideal repositorios o demos). Dominio de Python o Node.js . Experiencia con frameworks de agentes: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI u otros. Experiencia con vector DBs: Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate o Elastic. Experiencia integrando APIs y microservicios. Entendimiento sólido de arquitectura, data flow y escalabilidad. ⭐ Plus que suman muchísimo Fine-tuning, LoRA y técnicas de personalización de modelos.
