The Position

Healthcare System Partner (Acceso)
Es un líder empoderado y la cara local de Roche que trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los grupos de interés sanitarios a nivel del sistema, como los responsables de las políticas, los reguladores y los pagadores.

El HSP será directamente
responsable de desafiar y dar forma al sistema sanitario al servicio de mejores resultados sanitarios para más pacientes
, más rápido y de manera
sostenible para la sociedad.
La Oportunidad

  • Moldea su ecosistema, que implica, con el soporte de áreas como Policy, Value Base, Comunicaciones y NGOs lograr políticas sanitarias en sus regiones que nos permitan un mejor acceso a los pacientes
  • Impulsar la innovación del sistema de atención médica y desbloquear posibilidades para ofrecer valor para el ecosistema y la sociedad
  • Identificar, mapear, involucrar y gestionar a las partes interesadas del ecosistema
  • Actúa como socio de confianza y el principal (pero no exclusivo) punto de contacto entre las partes interesadas y Roche. Él o ella comparte la visión y el valor de la comunidad de partes interesadas internamente, prioriza y asegura recursos e impulsa soluciones que brindan resultados más rápido
  • Observa el ecosistema individual y cataliza nuestra capacidad de ver tendencias y patrones más amplios en los sistemas de atención médica. Necesitan aportar perspectivas externas a Roche para influir en la estrategia y llevar nuestra experiencia, ciencia y conocimiento al ecosistema.
  • Diseña propuestas y modelos innovadores de negocio para nuestros clientes destacando argumentos basados en valor de nuestras soluciones de portafolio y de ecosistemas digitales
  • Identifica nuevas oportunidades de negocio para generar mayor acceso en instituciones

Tu Perfil:

  • Título universitario (científico, económico o empresarial). Se valorará un título superior en ciencias de la vida y/o un MBA
  • Conocimiento práctico de metodologías de innovación digital
  • Formación en políticas sanitarias
  • Inglés avanzado
  • Conocimiento del sistema de atención médica, los procesos y la gobernanza
  • Gestionar proyectos complejos
  • Sólida perspicacia empresarial con experiencia deseada en comercialización y excelencia en la experiencia del cliente
  • Se requiere experiencia en la dirección de equipos multifuncionales

La posición estará basada en Neuquén
y tendrá a su cargo las provincias de Neuquén, Río Negro y Chubut.
