WHY JOIN US  If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior/Lead Software Engineer in Test (Mobile) , you will drive the quality strategy for mission-critical healthcare applications, ensuring the reliability of iOS and Android experiences at scale. By blending SDET and SWE expertise, you will design robust automation frameworks using XCTest and Espresso, while optimizing CI/CD pipelines and service virtualization to accelerate delivery. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence mobile architecture for testability, build internal developer tools, and mentor teams within a high-growth environment dedicated to transforming the patient journey. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead engineering design reviews with a quality-first perspective across iOS and Android platforms; Own the quality strategy for complex mobile systems, flexing between SDET and SWE responsibilities as needed; Design and build reusable mobile automation frameworks using XCTest/XCUITest for iOS and JUnit/Espresso for Android; Develop service virtualization, test data strategies, and mocking approaches for REST integrations and hybrid WebView flows; Implement and optimize mobile CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane and GitHub Actions, including signing, provisioning, and release workflows; Integrate device farm execution, performance profiling, and crash signals into automated pipelines; Automate repetitive testing operations by building internal tools that improve engineering efficiency; Partner closely with mobile engineers to influence system architecture, improving testability, code health, and observability; Analyze failures using logs, metrics, and profiling tools to drive stability and speed across test suites; Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers on testing best practices and quality standards. MUST HAVES 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development and test automation with shipped iOS and Android products; Strong foundation in computer science, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms; Proficient coding skills in Swift and Kotlin or Java for building automation and quality tooling; Hands-on experience with iOS testing and frameworks including SwiftUI, UIKit, XCTest, Combine, and hybrid application flows; Hands-on experience with Android testing and frameworks including Kotlin coroutines, Jetpack components, Retrofit, and Material Design; Experience with web automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium for validating hybrid and responsive web views; Strong experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, signing and provisioning, and app store release workflows; Experience running tests on device farms and performing mobile performance testing; Proven ability to optimize complex automation suites for stability, reliability, and execution speed; Comfortable leveraging AI assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and boilerplate generation; Ability to clearly articulate testing strategies, quality tradeoffs, and technical design decisions; Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset; Upper-intermediate English level. NICE TO HAVES Experience influencing mobile architecture from a quality and testability perspective; Background building internal developer tooling or productivity frameworks; Experience supporting hybrid mobile and web-based applications; Interest in mentoring, interviewing, or setting testing standards across teams; Domain experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus. Requirements At least 2 years of experience working in software development with Golang; BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience; Technologies required: Infrastructure as code, SQL (particularly Postgres), Object storage (S3 or Azure BLOB); Excellent analytical and time management skills; Upper-Intermediate English.
