Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Finance and Accounting professional specialized in financial reporting and consolidation in global corporate environments. Experienced in monthly upload and submission of financial data into HFM, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with HQ reporting deadlines. Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing monthly financial schedules, validating reconciliations, clearing variances, and ensuring transparency for management and audit requirements.

Proven experience working under international reporting standards (US GAAP), and preparing regulatory, operational, and financial reports for Europe government requirements and compliance. Advanced knowledge of reporting and consolidation tools to support the month-end close cycle, financial analysis, and variance commentary.

Strong analytical mindset, results-driven, and capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders (Accounting, Internal Controls, Intercompany, Tax, and global teams).

Your Impact


As Control and Reporting Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

- Perform monthly data upload and submission into HFM, ensuring data integrity, balance validation, and compliance with corporate reporting standards.
- Prepare, update, and analyze monthly financial schedules and close packages.
- Prepare and deliver financial and regulatory reporting for Europe. government agencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Execute balance sheet review analysis on a quarterly basis.
- Support the Month-End Close process, internal/external audits, and financial controls.
- Drive process automation, standardization, and improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Partner with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear financial visibility.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

-Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (master's degree or CPA is a plus).

Experience

+ 3 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Controlling, or accounting roles.
-Able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
-Experience working in multinational companies or complex corporate environments.

- Advanced english 
-Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
