Read and interpret contracts with clients and funders. Identify and map profitable and non‑profitable areas of a project. Generate technical, administrative and financial reports. Prepare comparisons of suppliers and subcontractors. Reschedule activities in case of project deviations. Analyze costs, margins and financial impacts of project addenda. Support payment management, warehouse monitoring and document control. Participate in procurement processes and deviation analysis. Perform project accounting closings and reconciliations. Integrate information from several projects for global analysis. Requirements University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields, with specialization in Project Planning and Control. Overall experience of more than 10 years and at least 5 years of specific experience. Knowledge of construction company operations. Experience in project management. Advanced command of Excel and database management. Knowledge of document management systems (SharePoint or other platforms). Languages: desirable. Analytical capacity and critical thinking. Ability to interpret technical, contractual and financial information. Effective internal and external (multilingual) communication. Organization, prioritization and problem‑solving skills.
