Your New Role…
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Intern to join our People & Culture team at WBD Argentina. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will support the Payroll team in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, while learning about local labor regulations and internal HR processes.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Provide general administrative support to the Payroll team.
  • Support the collection, organization, and filing of employee documentation related to payroll topics.
  • Contribute to special projects within the Payroll team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Legal) to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Assist in audits and reporting activities as needed.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, with intermediate English proficiency considered a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and being part of a collaborative team culture.
  • ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
