Estamos buscando un Account Manager dedicado, proactivo y orientado al cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo y contribuir al crecimiento y la satisfacción de nuestros clientes. En este rol, te especializarás en soluciones de Payroll y Recursos Humanos, siendo el principal punto de contacto para nuestros clientes actuales.

Responsabilidades:


• Construir y mantener relaciones de confianza a largo plazo con los clientes.


• Realizar seguimientos proactivos para evaluar satisfacción, resolver necesidades y asegurar altos niveles de servicio.


• Gestionar y resolver inquietudes de clientes, escalando a los equipos correspondientes cuando sea necesario.


• Utilizar herramientas como Asana y ZenDesk para asignación y seguimiento de tareas.


• Coordinar con diferentes departamentos para asegurar la resolución completa de solicitudes.


• Participar en llamadas con ejecutivos senior, con comunicación clara y profesional.


• Administrar servicios adicionales (Timekeeping, HR Services), incluyendo creación de propuestas, precios y coordinación interna.


• Gestionar la configuración de nuevos proyectos o empresas para clientes, desde propuesta hasta enrolamiento junto al equipo de implementación.

Requisitos


• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Account Management o Project Management, idealmente con clientes de Payroll o Finanzas.


• Inglés nivel C1


• Experiencia demostrable manejando y resolviendo problemas de clientes.


• Pensamiento proactivo y enfoque orientado a soluciones.


• Creatividad e iniciativa para mejorar procesos y experiencias del cliente.


• Habilidades sólidas de manejo de relaciones y servicio al cliente.


• Dominio de Microsoft Office y Teams; deseable experiencia en Asana y ZenDesk.
