What profile are we looking for?

We're seeking a
QA Analyst
who wants to work in a young, dynamic team and contribute to innovative projects. We'd love you to bring ideas, be curious, experiment, make mistakes, try again, and keep improving with each challenge.

You'll have the opportunity to work on projects of various sizes, collaborating with different profiles and having the space to research , learn, build, make mistakes, and start over . We want curiosity and a constant desire to learn to be your main motivation.

Your responsibilities

  • Design and execute testing tasks: smoke tests, functional tests, regression tests.
  • Validate requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Generate test data.
  • Create reports and track defects.
  • Estimate efforts and prioritize tests.
  • Ensure and control software quality.

Required qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience testing web and mobile applications.
  • Strong debugging and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to hold a conversation in English.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of programming or scripting languages.
  • Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Rational, others).
  • Ability to design a test automation strategy.
  • Basic SQL and database knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Git.
  • High energy and a proactive mindset that adds value to the team.
