Integrations Analyst
to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the integration of our services with our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate integration projects from initiation to go-live.
  • Set and manage expectations with partners and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analyze partners' technical requirements and translate them into viable solutions.
  • Identify and document functional and technical gaps.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to implement solutions.
  • Define and execute test plans to ensure the quality of integrations.
  • Work with QA teams to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Provide technical support to partners during the production phase.
  • Monitor the performance of integrations and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation of integrations.
  • Create guides and procedures to facilitate troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in integration project management, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, web services, and communication protocols (REST, SOAP).
  • Experience using development tools like Postman.
  • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Desired Skills
:

  • Knowledge of microservices architectures.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum).
