Position Summary The Data Analyst is responsible for the day‑to‑day management and support of EDI transactions with existing trading partners and support to internal customers. The Data Analyst will work with a variety of software applications to ensure timely resolution to open issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Daily support and maintenance of existing EDI integrations. Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate to all levels of personnel. Acts as a point of contact with internal stakeholders on open issues. Provides support for internal and external customers for EDI related issues. Research and resolve internal system issues related to EDI transactions. Must be an aggressive and self‑motivated individual with proficiency in internal client relations. Document business requirements & revise existing requirements and user documentation as needed. Respond to requests accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain test data and perform various tests on all EDI processes, prepare all required documents, evaluate reports and design everyday logs on a daily basis, and document all failed translation processes. Monitor and document all EDI requests, track all applications, and participate in IT meetings on a weekly basis, monitoring progress in coordination with EDI managers and planning effective solutions. Monitor all EDI file processing and perform troubleshooting on processes to resolve all transaction file issues, perform tests on the same, provide support to all client issues, and maintain documents for all operational procedures according to data requirements. Participate in all system tests, analyze all data and processes, recommend improvements, manage all communication with individuals, internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Analyze and resolve all EDI issues in processes, maintain accuracy in all inbound and outbound documents, perform troubleshooting on processes, and analyze all errors. Coordinate with EDI trading partners to resolve all production issues, perform transaction tests, resolve all EDI issues according to specification, and maintain all transaction sets appropriately. Prepare all documents according to required guidelines, manage all communication with customers, and assist in developing all EDI applications. Evaluate all business processes and monitor transactions to resolve all lost transactions and perform tests on EDI maps. Perform other work‑related duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
